o Instituto Brasileiro de Direito de Família – IBDFAM completou, em 2007, dez anos de atuação e intervenção no campo do Direito de Família brasileiro. Foi criado, durante o I Congresso Brasileiro de Direito de Família, em Belo Horizonte (MG), a partir da reunião de um grupo de estudiosos nessa área do Direito tendo como objetivo de mudar o tratamento e as disposições sobre ela.
